These terms apply to the CAK Industries website and, together with your written quotation or invoice, to the products and services we supply. Where a quotation or invoice says something different, the quotation or invoice applies.

Website information

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Product descriptions and pictures are for general guidance; pictures may be illustrations, and the exact specification of what we supply is the one stated in your quotation.

Quotations

• A quotation is based on the measurements and details available when it is prepared.
• It remains valid for the period stated on it.
• If the site, quantity or specification turns out to be different, the price may be revised and we will tell you before proceeding.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when you accept the quotation and make any advance payment stated in it. Payment terms are those written in your quotation or invoice.

Delivery and installation

• Delivery and installation dates are estimates agreed with you in good faith. Weather, site conditions or material supply can cause delays, and we will inform you if they do.
• Please make sure the boundary line is clearly marked, that you have the right to fence it, and that our team and vehicle can reach the site.
• Extra work caused by site conditions that were not known at the time of quotation may be charged separately, after we have discussed it with you.

After the work

Please check the material on delivery and the work on completion, and tell us promptly about any concern so that we can attend to it. Any warranty is the one stated in your quotation or invoice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss arising from misuse, alteration or lack of maintenance of fencing after handover, or from causes outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Mahbubnagar, Telangana.
